Hiện biểu mức thu phí và lệ phí lãnh sự ở nước ngoài được áp dụng theo Thông tư số 264/2016/TT-BTC ngày 14 tháng 11 năm 2016 (Thông tư 264) và Thông tư số 113/2021/TT-BTC ngày 15/12/2021 sửa đổi, bổ sung một số điều của Thông tư số 264/2016/TT-BTC (Thông tư 113).
